Why are the ARitize 3D buttons not showing on one of my products but they are showing on all the rest?
One of the first things you can check is to view the status of your product in the ARitize 3D portal. The status must be ‘Client Approved’ to have the buttons appear.
Another thing to check would be to make sure that the SKU of the product matches the SKU in the ARitize 3D portal. The buttons will only show on pages where the SKU matches what was set in the ARitize 3D portal.
