If you forgot your password, go to the Map Dynamics login URL, enter your email address and click the “forgot your password?” button.
- Enter your email address and click “reset password.”
- Go to your inbox to find your new password.
- Once you login with the temporary password, please click on the 'Edit Account / Login' button located at the bottom of the screen and update a new password. You can also go to 'Show Setup & Settings > My Account to update your password.
NOTE: You will only receive a new password via email if the email address you entered matches the email on file for the show. If you do not receive this email, you are likely using the wrong email address. If you cannot determine which email (link to exhibitor login failure module) you used, please contact your show manager.
