If the app is frozen or unresponsive, please ensure that you have the latest version of the app downloaded. To find out what version you have, please click on the 'Menu' bar located in the top left corner of the app. The app version number will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Next, click on 'Settings' > 'Clear Cache'. Please give the app a moment to clear the cache.
If the app is still freezing, please close the app and try opening it again.
